While an hourly rate may make sense for one-on-one work with a student, a flat-rate package may be more practical for ongoing engagements with an institution. New practitioners in the Title IX space may opt to have a consultant on retainer for their first year in the position, while others may just be looking for policy templates or programming strategies.
