Sage Consulting offers ongoing training, education, investigation and adjudication services, facilitation in restorative processes, and policy consultation to institutions of higher education. Their approach is informed by years of experience as practitioners in the field, centering a trauma-informed perspective that goes beyond compliance and uplifts compassionate, responsive care.
WHY US
As experienced higher-ed practitioners, we understand that Title IX policies, conduct procedures, and the process of supporting students after harm is much more than a compliance endeavor. We use our combined twenty years of working with students, utilizing trauma-informed care, and navigating legal and regulatory frameworks to assist our clients in developing policies and practices that go beyond compliance and are grounded in support, compassion, and care.
WHEN TO CALL
We recognize that many of our colleagues are wearing several different hats, with Title IX compliance being just one. We fill in the gaps for institutions that may not have the in-house resources and need more comprehensive advice and ongoing guidance. We also provide support for larger scale, project-based engagements such as investigations, adjudications, and policy revisions.
